My car wouldn't start in the morning. I call them and they came promptly to look at my car. I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and fair prices. Being new in town, I will make this shop my go-to repair place. Thank you guys!

First time we have been here and the guys were friendly. Didn't push me into anything more than I went in for. Gave me the options available and let me chose. Once they were done with the work, they went over recommendations (many that I suspected) and gave me a breakdown of costs so I could prepare and he helped me prioritize. I felt comfortable and didn't have that whole 'getting take for' feeling. I will be going back for the follow up work.

Took my car in for coolant leak. They found the water pump was leaking and replaced it at a reasonable price. Gave me a ride home (about 2 miles). Had car ready when promised at the price promised. Very friendly folks. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

By a twist of luck, I found this auto repair and service shop at Paradise Valley Mall, located on the West Side of the Mall next to the Chevron Car Wash, across the street from REI and Target. They serve Paradise Valley, Northeast Phoenix and Scottsdale.This business is also open on Saturdays from 9-4pm in addition to Monday thru Friday 8am-6pm.They saved me $2000 on my older automobile's transmission by taking the time to find out what was wrong with it and fixing it for a very reasonable price instead of just replacing it. The owner, Lyle, is a former GM troubleshooter from Ohio. He really cares about his work and his customers, and so does the shop manager Darren. It is very gratifying and reassuring to find an honest and competent auto repair shop with great employees who are personable and know their stuff. An important part of business success and customer satisfaction is the ability to develop good communication and a positive ongoing relationship with a customer. These guys are excellent with that.I just moved to the Phoenix area and will be using this shop as my auto mechanic and service shop. I've recommended them to several friends and neighbors. They're the best! Check them out.

I brought my 2001 Explorer in for an air conditioning and fan issue. The crew at Honest-1 did what their name states - they honestly told me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. The end result was a repair was done to correct my A/C problem at a very reasonable price and the vehicle was ready as promised - in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Honest-1 and in particular this location near Paradise Valley Mall. Great work guys!
