Thank you for the thorough inspection of my brakes and rotors for my car, reviewing price and agreeing to fix brakes. My car drives so much better.

Everything was done as quoted. Work was excellent. Test driven and put on the lift to check for leaks. There were none. Staff and techs are friendly. Have been a customer for many years

My wife and I drove to Phoenix from Tucson and ran into a truck tire on the freeway. We heard some scraping so I wanted to get it checked out. I called Honest 1 Autocare and the guy said they were usually crazy busy but I should bring it in anyway and they would take a look at it. I did so and they were in fact very busy. Even so, they put it up on the hoist and did some minor work to stop the scraping. Then they assessed that the car was safe to drive and that to fix it I'd need to go to a body shop. This was all within 15 minutes or so of me showing up at the shop. And, he refused to charge me since it was a minor repair. Needless to say, if I ever need any car repair work done while I am in Phoenix this is definitely the place that I would go.
