I've taken my cars to Honest-1 for various reasons and have never been disappointed with the quality of work, customer service, price, and overall experience. Their free wi-fi allows me to work while my car is being serviced, so I don't have to sweat if I come in on my lunch break. The staff is beyond courteous and makes sure to do the right thing. On my most recent visit, I heard the manager tell a customer that it would cost around $1500 to fix their car, and rather than insist on the repairs, he suggested that the customer sell the car instead of having it fixed, sacrificing the sale and doing the right thing. I am glad I took my cars here, and Honest-1 will be my first stop for automotive service from here on out. Also - the cookies are delicious.

I came to Honest-1 in an emergency situation. They took immediate care of my car, drove me home, picked me up in the morning and had the car ready for me immediately. Best of all they didn't take advantage of the situation in terms of cost. They charged me a very fair and reasonable fee for the service they provided (both in terms of auto care and customer service). This is certainly the type of team I will continue to work with and trust with my car(s). In terms of physcial location, you rarely see this cleanliness and professionalism at an auto dealership, let alone a service center!!! Real top-notch!

I just tried out Honest One and I thought everything was great. Their customer services was outstanding and the mechanics made sure I knew exactly what they were fixing. The place is super clean and is loaded with the latest technology. I was happy with the service.

These guys are great and shockingly, like the name they are Honest. Every time I have been in there they give great service and are 100% honest about what your car needs. They do not push to make the sale. Very pressure free. That is the reason I will keep going back to them. Another great thing is if your car needs a few hours of work there is a the PV mall to hang around in. In the summer that free A/C does wonders!
