I have been taking my work van to Honest 1 Auto Car for 2 years now. It is always a pleasant experience. Honest pricing, and quality craftsmanship. Tracey, the owner is as genuine as they come. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle (in plain English) and also help you determine what needs to be repaired right now and what might be able to wait down the line a little bit.

We've been coming here for a year for maintenance on 2 cars. They're always friendly and I never feel like I'm getting a bad deal. They've told me when I don't need to get certain things done which I feel is a great sign of a great car repair place. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

First time we have been here and the guys were friendly. Didn't push me into anything more than I went in for. Gave me the options available and let me chose. Once they were done with the work, they went over recommendations (many that I suspected) and gave me a breakdown of costs so I could prepare and he helped me prioritize. I felt comfortable and didn't have that whole 'getting take for' feeling. I will be going back for the follow up work.

Great service. I didnt feel like they were trying to rip me off :) The guys were friendly and helped a damzel in distress when I had no other resource. They really were great, I definitely recomend.

I'm a big fan of spending money with locally owned businesses so I was very happy to take my car to Honest-1 at the Paradise Valley mall. The service was excellent (very polite and not pushy at all) and I really trust them to tell me if my car needs something. I'll continue to take my cars to them, especially since I bought one of their car care cards for $90 and it'll take care of over $300 worth of service. Can't beat that!

I have recommended this place to all of my friends and they end up recommending it to all of theirs. This is a great, friendly service station that has helped me tremendously with my aging vehicle. They have helped by not only performing maintenance but also instructing me when I've chosen to the do the work myself. They have even been able to squeeze me in when I've needed a quick repair done in a hurry. What impresses me the most is even though they service a ton of customers, each time I walk in there they have remembered me and the work we've done on my car. It's that kind of service that I don't expect to receive in a big city but that you'll find here. I've never felt taken advantage of or that I've over paid for the services received. I have been going here for all of my car's needs for the past two years.

We've been using Honest 1 for about a year now for our three vehicles, two Toyotas and a Cadillac. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They fix what's broken at a reasonable cost. Free ride home locally. Even used the free towing once. You pay, but a check for the full amount comes in the mail. Have never had a bad experience with these folks. They also do a lot to help Veterans and the community as well as being Ecologically oriented. I recommend them highly.

If you like easy access, excellent customer interaction, and results on your repair, consider Honest-1. My situation: car wouldn't start. Turned out it was just a spent battery. Honest-1 took care of it, no problem. Plus, if you like popcorn, after you pick up your car, you'll find a packet of microwave popcorn resting on the passenger seat. That's what happened to me.
