Very good service, fair prices and as the name says - "Honest" in both areas. Friendly, professional staff and well maintained facility.

Courteous. Repairs done timely even without an appointment Was made aware of filter replacements needing to be changed. Convenient location.

I have been taking my car to Honest 1 for over a year now, and every time I have had a very good experience. I don't trust car repair places very easily due to past experience, however, I have found Honest 1 to be honest and have not ever felt ripped off. On most recent visit, I expected to hear I needed a new transmission, but it was only a seal leak and they fixed it within an hour. I have also referred my daughter to them, and she is very satisfied as well.

The manager at the shop, Justin was very informative. He kept us updated along with way, advised us of all their recommendation and what it meant if I put some of those recommendations on hold. The reason that we brought the car in was there was a rattle underneath, now I am sure that they could have upsold us and told us that it was necessary to buy a whole new...whatever, but that is not what they did. They fixed and explained that it wasn't a really big deal so no charge. Someone you can trust when you know zero about cars is a great feeling.

Friendly, courteous service. The price was what was quoted. Included in the service was a complete vehicle safety inspection. They told me all that needed attention, all of which I knew before. No pressure in getting anything else repaired/serviced. I definitely will be back and telling my friends.

Excellent, friendly service. I called that morning and they were able to get my car in right away for an oil change
