I am new to Phoenix and I always dread the process of finding a mechanic I can trust in a new town. I received a mailer from honest-1 and made an appointment for my 60K check. Justin checked me in..on time and in a very courteous manner. I also saw him interact with several other customers. Also, in a very courteous manner. Adam, the tech, was also very thorough and professional. I had a couple "non maintenance" issues that need to be addressed and he took care of them as well. So they are not just an "under the hood" shop. Bottom line, there was no high pressure tactics...selling services that were not needed, etc... Their prices are fair and the work is stellar. The guys at Honest-1 are rock stars. Hats off to Justin and Adam
