NEW 10-5-15 UPDATED REVIEW: Honest-1 Auto Care is all that they say they are! I am so glad I found them a couple of years ago. I've used them for minor service and for major repairs. This is the only place I will take my car for service now. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they really understand customer service and relations. The ability to rent (for a very minimal cost) a loaner car while they are working on my car is very valuable to me. I trust them and I like them! NEW UPDATED MAY 2015 REVIEW - BASED ON 3 VISITS I MADE TO HONEST 1 - AUTO CARE DURING THE MONTHS OF APRIL-MAY 2015. Honest 1 - Auto Care is the best! I have used them for routine maintenance, oil changes, state inspections, and most recently an unexpected emergency repair. They have always been friendly, professional, and experts in their field. I have confidence that they are acting in my best interests and want to keep me as a long term satisfied customer. Many other places I've dealt with, I felt were just trying to get as much money from me as they could. An added bonus with Honest 1 is that they have a shuttle that will take you home or to work. AND they had a loaner car that I was able to rent at a very reasonable cost that enabled me to keep other appointments I had. I am so grateful that I found this place and I totally recommend Honest 1 - Auto Care. INITIAL REVIEW: My neighbor has been telling me about this place and has been giving them a stellar recommendation. I used them for the first time yesterday - just to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. Friendly, fast, professional service - I'm totally satisfied. (And I appreciated the delicious cookie they left in my cup holder!) I'm booking an appointment to have my brakes inspected. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer!
