Excellent vehicle service - will be returning in the future

I dropped my car off at Honest-1 for fluid replacements that my dealer said was overdue and tried to sell me. Honest -1 shortly later called me to tell me that I didn't need any of that work. That's what I call living up to their name.

Informed me of all the repairs that needed to be done including prices but allowed me to choose what was a necessity and what could wait. Even with all of the repairs that were done I had my car back the same day. They were efficient, courteous and honest!

Third Car, 4th day. Again, my regular maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner and with a 2004 expedition with a 157,000 miles on it they could most definitely tell me that there were many things that needed to be fixed but that's not what they do at Honest-one. They changed some fluids and said "down the road we might want to look at xyz, but for the most part the car is in great condition". I feel safe driving the car with my family in it and highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to my clients

I came in for an Oil Change and a Break inspection. The inspection resulted in complete replacement of the Pads, Rotors and Calipers. Although it was far more than I anticipated it was made clear to me that it was absolutely necessary to the safety of my vehicle.

NEW 10-5-15 UPDATED REVIEW: Honest-1 Auto Care is all that they say they are! I am so glad I found them a couple of years ago. I've used them for minor service and for major repairs. This is the only place I will take my car for service now. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they really understand customer service and relations. The ability to rent (for a very minimal cost) a loaner car while they are working on my car is very valuable to me. I trust them and I like them! Many other places I've dealt with, I felt were just trying to get as much money from me as they could. An added bonus with Honest 1 is that they have a shuttle that will take you home or to work. AND they had a loaner car that I was able to rent at a very reasonable cost that enabled me to keep other appointments I had. I am so grateful that I found this place and I totally recommend Honest 1 - Auto Care. INITIAL REVIEW: My neighbor has been telling me about this place and has been giving them a stellar recommendation. I used them for the first time yesterday - just to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. Friendly, fast, professional service - I'm totally satisfied. (And I appreciated the delicious cookie they left in my cup holder!) I'm booking an appointment to have my brakes inspected. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer!
