After bringing my car in to have everything checked, I was informed of a few items to be taken care of by Matt. Matt is always so professional and knowledgeable. I cannot afford to have one of the problems taken care of this month, but I was assured that it would be alright to fix the problem in the next month or so as I really do not do much driving anyway. As usual Adam serviced my car and I have always had complete confidence in what he finds. I absolutely would never get my car service anywhere else. I have been going there since they opened many years ago and have always been very happy with their service. They really do care about their customers. I even mentioned to Matt that he and Adam and all of the others have never left there and that in itself speaks volumes about Tracy and his team. Amazing customer service! My car broke down and I had it towed to Honest 1 with no appointment scheduled. Tracey was fabulous ,did some diagnostics, which revealed that it needed a new starter. They were able to replace it right away and even did an oil change in less then one hour. Everyone there was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

My go to place for regular maintenance.

I stopped in to get air in my tires and a battery check. Tracy came out and did the air and checked the battery. It had a dead cell and needed to be replaced. Tracy did the work right on the spot! Great service!

Very satisfied

I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews. My daughter and son-in-law have been bringing their vehicles here for years so I trusted what they said. Glad I did. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on what I was told about my brakes from another place. I did not tell them what I was told. I wanted to see what they said. They are true to their name. They are honest. No brake work needed at this time. I had them make a few minor repairs and I found their work and prices reasonable. My appointment was at 11 am but I dropped my vehicle off when they opened because that is a when I could get a ride. My vehicle was done by 11:30. I am very pleased and will be back when my brakes need to be done and other repairs.

I get free oil changes w my Hyundai lease but Hyundai dealerships aren’t as punctual, thorough or friendly as Honest 1. I’ve been coming for 3 years and love this place. Highly recommend.
