EDIT: The company called and refunded the shop fees in order to increase my trust and regain our business. That was very much appreciated. My husband and I have been customers for around 4 years and we finally woke up to how screwed we were really getting. This past visit, I had an appointment at 9:00. They didn't even begin looking at my car until near 12:00. They came up with a laundry list of things to be done, when it turns out I only needed one thing to pass the state inspection. We called around and I found a lot of lower prices elsewhere, but we would have had to pay the inspection fee again to someone else so we decided to have honest 1 do the work needed to pass. They gave us a price for the day of ge work, and it was around 65$ more when I went to pick it up. They not only charge a large amount for labor, but then make you pay disposal fees and "shop fees". That isn't in life's in your 90$ an hour of labor? I asked the guy about it and he said he would take it off of my bill since I was told a much lower price before agreeing to the work. Instead, what he did was honor my coupon. I believe that they should have fixed their wrong and gave me my coupon, which is what I thought they were doing. I got tired of arguing and just left. Let me tell you, I will not be back.

Always courteous , I feel confident they are never going to fix or tell you things need to be fixed the don't Honest One is the best name for this auto repair place. Have been going there for many years.

It was quick getting in and out without an appointment. Had an A/C issue not blowing out cold and they diagnosed the issue and repaired rather quickly.

I am extremely happy with the experience I had with Honest Auto Care. I am new to this area and wanted very much to find an "Honest" auto repair service. I received a flyer in the mail and made an appointment right away. They did a tune up and oil change for me and I was floored when I got my final bill, which was very minimal. I have gone to other auto shops in the past, for the same thing and this is the FIRST time only the necessary things were done. I will definitely continue to go here and will absolutely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Honest Auto Care for being a place I can trust!

First time using Honest-1 in Malvern and I will tell you I will be going back! It's hard to find a dependable and honest mechanic, but their name says it all. Plus they were super easy to work with and their shuttle made it extremely convenient. I highly recommend.
