I would highly recommend Honest 1 for any of their services after my experience with them. I made an appointment for a synthetic oil change done which was done quickly using the products that I specified (Mobil Oil). The front staff was friendly and made me feel welcome and a valued customer. Coffee, tea or water was provided while I waited and it was done in 40 minutes from the time I entered the door to when I drove away. I also witnessed other customers who were having other work done to their vehicles being treated with honesty and respect. Well done and thank you Honest 1!

The repair was an unexpected and expensive repair, and time was an issue. We took the care in, with the emergency we were unable to make an appointment, and were greeted, asked to describe the issue we were having with the car, left and received a diagnosis and quote within the hour, and the repair was approved and the car was ready later that afternoon. Again, the repair was unexpected and expensive, and time was a factor - these guys are great, very professional, and straight forward (HONEST)! We will be bringing our other car in for service, at this location, when required. Thank you to the whole team! Richard
