Fast, efficient service on oil change with mechanic's suggestions on other things we might need to do. I chose to have them change air filter...paid for part, no labor fee... Due to Covid-19 issues, they used sanitizer wipes on keys and gave me one to wipe upon returning them. (Just ask) Thanks!!!

Have been dealing with the Paradise Valley location and they have always done a great job and for a woman dealing with car issues that is a relief to not feel you are being over charged and the job is being done right. And they stand by their work. Their courtesy car availability is a nice plus as well. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome service - fast friendly and profesional

This is the best car repair in Phoenix. I have been to quite a few over the years. Tracy and his staff are terrific. They answer all your questions, prices are reasonable and above all just as the name says HONEST. After going to so many other repair shops over the years I FINALLY found a place that won't rip you off. This repair shop will not try to tell you 10 things are wrong with your car and will explain what is wrong and what is needed. Hope they will be in business for many years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have highly recommended Honest-1 to my friends. I would rate them 10 stars!!
